According to Egypt’s assistant coach, Ibrahim Hassan, medical assessments from the national team camp indicate that Salah has suffered a significant hamstring tear.
The injury is expected to sideline the forward for at least four weeks, which would effectively ending his participation in the remainder of the Premier League season.
