Chelsea now leading candidates to hire world class Spanish coach to replace Liam Rosenior
Chelsea now reportedly look to be leading the race for former Real Madrid and Bayer Leverkusen manager Xabi Alonso as a replacement for Liam Rosenior.
The Blues are going through a real rough period under Rosenior, whose future could be in doubt after an abysmal run of five consecutive defeats in the Premier League without even scoring a single goal.
A report from Simon Phillips has suggested Rosenior could be sacked by Chelsea today, and there’s already speculation about Alonso replacing him at Stamford Bridge.
According to Fichajes, Chelsea are now in the strongest position to hire Alonso, who had also previously been on the radar of his former club Liv
erpool.
