In a heartfelt admission that’s got football fans talking, former Chelsea star John Obi Mikel has shared his thoughts on Mohamed Salah’s recent dip in form — and his explanation might just break your heart 💔🗣️ “I heard he was very close to Jota. He doesn’t look himself,” Mikel said, expressing empathy toward the Egyptian forward.According to Mikel, Salah’s subdued performances might not be about tactics, fatigue, or even age — but rather the emotional toll of losing his close teammate Diogo Jota, whose absence has clearly left a void both on and off the pitch 😔🗣️ “So I will be very careful and calm when criticising this Liverpool team,” he added — a statement that shows respect and understanding for the Reds’ current struggles.Salah, who has carried Liverpool for years with his relentless consistency and unmatched hunger, now finds himself in a rare moment of visible vulnerability. Fans have noticed. Critics have questioned. But maybe — just maybe — Mikel is right. Sometimes, even the strongest players need time to heal emotionally ❤️‍🩹Could Jota’s absence really be affecting Salah this deeply? Or is something else brewing behind the scenes at Anfield? 👀⚽ What do you think, Reds?

I agree totally I think the whole team are being affected and we’ve just seemed to forget these guys are human and they’ve not long lost a close friend who was a big part of the Liverpool dressing room and family there having to grieve in public while trying to carry on their jobs
