Liverpool’s Italian winger Federico Chiesa couldn’t hide his admiration when asked about the club’s fastest player — and his answer might surprise you!
During a fan Q&A with Sky Sports, Chiesa was full of praise for Jeremie Frimpong, Liverpool’s summer signing from Bayer Leverkusen, who joined the Reds after they triggered his £29.5 million release clause.

The Italian star went on to admit that Dominik Szoboszlai also brings incredible pace, especially when “the pitch opens up and he gets into full stride.” But when it comes to the first few metres, Chiesa believes Frimpong takes the crown as Liverpool’s speed king.
