The incident occurred just 18 minutes into the game when both players chased down a loose ball and clashed head-on. Pedro immediately went down and vomited on the pitch as medical staff rushed to assist him. Despite the worrying moment, the 23-year-old managed to continue before being taken off in the 71st minute.
After the match, Pedro reassured fans:

Pedro, who arrived at Stamford Bridge this summer in a £60m move from Brighton, has been in superb form, notching two goals and two assists in his first three Premier League matches.
