🔥 Ryan Gravenberch Reacts as Leroy Sane Shines in Galatasaray Debut

Leroy Sane has wasted no time making an impact at his new club Galatasaray, and his impressive start hasn’t gone unnoticed — even by players outside Turkey.

The former Bayern Munich winger played a key role in Galatasaray’s 3-1 victory over Strasbourg in a pre-season friendly on July 26. Goals from Roland Sallai and a brace by Baris Alper Yilmaz ensured a solid win for the reigning Turkish champions, as they gear up for what could be a fourth consecutive Super Lig title.

🎯 New Chapter in Turkey
After netting 13 goals and providing five assists in all competitions last season for Bayern, Sane attracted transfer interest from Arsenal. However, he chose a different path — signing with Galatasaray, while Arsenal turned to Chelsea’s Noni Madueke instead.

Following his debut win, the 29-year-old took to Instagram to express gratitude for the warm welcome at Rams Park, writing:

> “Thankful for the warm reception at Rams Park today!”

Among those who liked the post was Liverpool’s Ryan Gravenberch, hinting at mutual respect between the two stars. Gravenberch, who is preparing for the upcoming Premier League season with the Reds, clearly appreciated Sane’s smooth transition to his new club.

💪 Why Sane Could Dominate the Turkish Super Lig
Sane was instrumental during Bayern’s Bundesliga title-winning campaign under Vincent Kompany last season, scoring 11 goals and delivering five assists in just 30 league games. Now in Turkey, where the competition is generally considered less intense than the German top flight, Sane has every chance to become a dominant figure both in the league and on the European stage.

Galatasaray’s upcoming fixtures include a clash with Lazio in early August, before their league opener against Gaziantep. A high-stakes derby with Besiktas looms in October, offering Sane an early opportunity to become a fan favorite in Istanbul.

With his track record against top European clubs like RB Leipzig, expectations are high that Sane will bring that same energy and quality to both domestic and Champions League games for Galatasaray.
