Liverpool’s season could be heading for disaster if Arne Slot doesn’t steady the ship — and fast. Premier League legend Matt Le Tissier has sounded the alarm, suggesting the Dutch manager might not last much longer at Anfield despite winning the Premier League just months ago.

Speaking to Football Insider, Le Tissier hinted that a growing number of Liverpool fans have already lost faith in Slot following a rocky start to the campaign. The Reds — who spent big in the summer on Florian Wirtz and Alexander Isak — were expected to dominate again, but their performances have been far from convincing.

After scraping through early games thanks to late goals, the cracks have widened. Only three wins in their last ten outings, capped by a crushing 3-0 defeat to Manchester City, have left Liverpool sitting eighth in the Premier League table — eight points behind leaders Arsenal.

While club sources insist Slot isn’t under internal pressure yet, murmurs from supporters and pundits tell a different story. Many question whether last season’s title triumph was really his achievement or Klopp’s legacy still echoing through the squad.

Le Tissier even compared the situation to Claudio Ranieri’s shocking sacking at Leicester City after their fairytale title win.

> “You don’t get much time to have a bad spell in football,” he warned. “He’ll need to turn things around quickly — or the pressure will become unbearable.”

⏳ With tensions rising and results fading, could Liverpool really pull the trigger on a title-winning boss before Christmas?

👀 Stay tuned — this story is far from over…
